TURNKEY BUS PROCUREMENTS
Transit Consulting Services TCS facilitates the turnkey fleet procurements for transit agencies large and small.
This includes the following services:
- Develop detailed bus specifications to meet the agencies needs.
- Assist with develop of bid and contract specifications
- Assist with review and respond to manufacturer’s requests for approved equals
- Assist clients with evaluation and ranking of bid submissions
- Assist with contract negotiations with selected manufacturers
- Assist with preparation of pre-award buy America audits
- Conduct in-plant Quality Assurance inspections of vehicles
- Assist with preparation of post-delivery buy America audits
- Conduct post-delivery inspections of new buses Assist with warranty administration as required
